Back in 2012 I was contacted by an Author, Sheelagh Whittaker, as she required some photographs taken around the Slaidburn area for her soon to be published book The Slaidburn Angel.

The story is based around the 'Slaidburn suspected Child Murder' in 1885.

The book was released in August 2012 and in now available as a Kindle book from Amazon
